NPAT is an IRL – International Research Laboratory – created and funded by France’s CNRS and attached to the Institute of Nuclear and Particle Physics (IN2P3) in partnership with TRIUMF. The goal of this IRL is to foster and promote collaboration between IN2P3 and TRIUMF scientists.

The NPAT preliminary agreement was signed late 2024
